Payments:

We accept paypal.

Turn around time / Shipping:

Our files will be emailed to the email address you provide in your order. If one is not provided we will email your images to the email address on your Paypal receipt.

Invites / thank you note / card images usually will be emailed within 24-72 hours (business days)

Party Packs usually will be emailed within 2 to 6 (business days)

*Shipping Orders we print – once you approve your image we usually ship all orders within 2 to 4 business days.

All print orders will ship USPS Priority Mail – we as of right now only ship to US address. I’m sorry!!!!

Business Days:

We check emails / work on orders Monday – Friday.

Rush Orders:

$10.00 extra charge to rush an order, please contact us first to make sure we will be able to send it in time.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our items being digital images and all print orders being personalized we can not accept any returns and we are not able to do any refunds. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will be happy to try and help you in anyway we can.

Please note: All images we will do two changes on (small changes) after that their is a fee. We require payment of invoice first before we start any order / sample / image.  Please click HERE to contact us for more information. This applies to custom orders too, we ask that you send us a very detailed message of the design you would like and we will make up to two samples – then there is another fee to make any others. Thanks!
